1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sleeve of graham crackers)
1/2 stick of butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick of butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup of mini marshmallows, divided
1 Milk Chocolate Hershey Bar
Combine 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 stick of melted butter
(Sometimes I use the pre-made graham cracker crumbs, sometimes I make my own graham cracker crumbs using 1 sleeve graham crackers (I crush them with a rolling pin & a ziplock bag)
Press the graham cracker crumbs/melted butter mixture in the bottom of an 8×8 pan
Cream sugars & 1 stick of butter
Add egg & vanilla
Add in flour, salt & baking soda. Mix it all together.
Then, add your 1 cup of chocolate chips & 1/2 cup of marshmallows.
Mix until combined.
Don’t you want to lick that batter? Yum, Yum, Yum.
Now, get a cookie scoop (or spoon) and drop spoonfuls of dough onto the crust
It doesn’t have to be perfect, as it bakes the dough will even out.
Sometimes I use a spatula to combine/smooth out the dough (Cause I am slightly OCD)
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
While it is baking, break up your Hershey Bar into pieces.
After 10-12 minutes, add the Hershey bar pieces onto your dough
Then, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows on top
Bake for an additional 10 minutes (or until cooked all the way through)
Cook until a toothpick comes out clean….Don’t overbake!!!
(Total baking time is about 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees)
Let the pan cool for 1-2 hours before you cut them up into squares.
They are SO good. Dangerously good.
Seriously. I could eat the whole pan
